CAN'T RECEIVE A FAX/...

IT SAIDING I HAVE TWO LINES ON THE OTHER END THE ONE THAT IS SENDING IT AND HAVE A BUSY SIGNAL, HOW DO I GET ONE OF THE NUMBER OFF THATS NOT MIND, THIS FAX MACHINE WAS GAVE TO MY HUSBAND. AND I GUEST IT NEED TO BE REPROGRAM. HELP
