Question About Panasonic Fax Machine KX-FP342
Communication Error!...

Please help! When sending a fax it tells me Communication Error - when receiving a fax, the sender receives a "no Response" message. Is it a matter of settings or the landline that is the problem?? I'd really like a copy of hte manual please!
