Question About Panasonic Fax Machine KX-FL512
New drum problem...

Like most of the inquiries that I've just read. I installed a new Drum and Toner Cart. on my Panasonic KX- FL512 Fax m/c. The replace w/ drum message is still there. The store doesn't want to give the information for God knows what reason. I need Help., A simple instruction, menu code or a user manual whatever, As long as i solve this problem.
