0 If you have Windows 7, go into your Control Panel and select "Clock, Language, and Region". Then select "Region and Language" and go to the "Keyboards and Languages" tab. If you do not have it already, you may need to install the language you prefer. On that tab on the bottom is a link "How Can I Install Additional Languages". You may be able to do the same process with Windows Vista. I am not sure about XP.

0 Forgot to tell you, if your language is currently japanese, you need to select the second to last option on the left hand side of the control panel menu. That is the clock, language, and region option.
