I need an instruction manual desperately but NOT one that has to be downloaded and printed off. I am an O.A.P and have no knowledge of downloading and do not own a printer! I have bought my Grandson this Toughbook for Christmas but as it was a refurbished one the Company do not have any manuals. Pleeeeeeaaaaasssssseeee help :). Sandy
