5 Ok first off the P/M means "Preform Maintenance" Basically you have reached a pre set work level and the device is now expecting some form of maintenance, similar to when your service light pops on in your vehicle Simply remove the cartridges and re insert the machine will then believe that the maintenance has been done. After this if the device is not working correctly you will indeed need to take it to someone to repair. The maintenance display on these are set for 120K prints
