Question About Panasonic Printer KX-MB262CX
KX-MB262CX...

I just bought this printer yesterday. Fixed the toner to the drum instructed. Placed the drum with toner in the printer and can't seem to get the top cover to close properly. Error message indicates "Top cover open." Can someone assist?
