Question About Panasonic Printer 8410
Printer Malfunction...

I have a Panasonic KX-P2624 wide carriage printer and it is displaying an "EEPROM ERROR" and the computer refuses to print. My computer's Control Panel shows it OFFLINE although the printer displays ON LINE. How can I get my printer to work?
