5 When you have had the WTC full message and emptied the old container instead of replacing it with a new one (which is what they prefer you to do) you continue to get the same WTC full message. This is caused by the container still having some toner stuck to the side. On the right hand side of the container, the bit that slides behind the notch when the door closes, there is a thinner bit you need to clean. The bottom of the contaner comes of so you can easily get to it. Problem solved
