My panscn06 pandigital scanner will not turn on! ...

My panscn06 pandigital scanner will not turn on! It is plugged into a working outlet via the cord that came with the unit. It has the SD card installed. It worked just fine yesterday, now it won't even turn on. The manual doesn't have a troubleshooting section. Can someone help?
