5 Error e03 on your scanner refers to a micro SD card read error. The device is unable to save the scanned image to the inserted card. Either you card is full or there is a problem with the card connection. You can try removing and reinserting the card to reset the connection, make sure the device is turned off when you try this. Most likely however your card is full and you will need to purchase a new card to extend your memory capacity.
