my Panduit TDP43Me will only print one line then g...

my Panduit TDP43Me will only print one line then goes to status red . It beeps four times total. In the manual it says that this means your printer paper is not detected. SO I went through the steps to try and make it work such as the sensor test the dumping test etc. What do I do?
