Question About Philips Computer Monitor 170N4
blank screen and japanese...

my monitor has a blank screen but the power light is on and when i press the osd botton on the side it comes on screen but the text is now in japanese. A technician has told me over the phone its a software fix but it will cost me 70 quid! can anyone help me? thanks ken
