Question About Philips Computer Monitor 190B6
Frozen "Brightness" on Screen Philips 190B6...

When I start the computer and the screen comes up, the brightness is frozen and covering the log in area. It is not responsive to all buttons so I cannot get on to the OSD to try to reset even.
