Question About Philips Computer Monitor 170A7FS
locked up monitor...

i have a philips 170a7fs monitor which when i try to run it ,it comes up with the message on screen display main controls locked How do i unlock them to get the monmitor to work please

What can be the cause of this message? A. To unlock the OSD Controls press the “MENU(OK)” button for more than 10 seconds while there is video input from PC.
