I am unable to find my model listed but I believe the 190CW7CB is close, the actual model is PHP X-19 and I emailed Philips for help but they say this model is OEM and to contact Dixons. I did in fact buy this from PC World and as it is 20 months old they dont want to know! the picture goes after a few seconds, if I switch it off then on again every time I do this I get a few seconds again of picture and then blank. I have tried this monitor on another pc and same problem. I have an older flat panel lcd on my pc now and its working fine..any ideas please?
