Hello Our fax machine is stating 'PRINTING STORED DOCUMENT' which has already printed. How can I delete this message as fax is not working with message showing. I have tried turning fax off and the stored document prints again when the fax is turned on and the same message appears. I have the manual but cannot find a solution in there. Can you help please?
