Question About Philips Mouse RNKDS-2118
Super Mini RF Wireless Optical Mouse...

There is no user manual.The mouse lights up and the USB wand lights up but it doesn't seem to work.There is a tiny button under the mouse and also a time button on the wand . What are they for? There is no icon on my computer after the program is downloaded on my computer. Again how do I get it to work. What are the steps?
