When I try a test or even a run, it pulls a paper from the A1 starts to fold it, then sounds like its trying to PUSH it through something but can't, gives me an error REMOVE ALL from D&E when I open them there is nothing in E but D has a folded paper the 1st fold looks great the 2nd fold looks like it was a fan fold... HELP!!!! I'm a tech type... what can I do...
