why can i not able to register all types of voip a/c to VIP-480 Device...

i cannot configure my device with the voip a/c like net2phone, moazzaimvoiz.com, please help me if your team support can help to set the voip a/c into this device by sending me detail information and procedure to register my a/c in the device. thank you
