I bought a used Polaroid CZA-20011B PoGo Instant M...

I bought a used Polaroid CZA-20011B PoGo Instant Mobile Printer (Black) and the battery does not seem to hold a charge. I e-mailed the seller and he said I have not configured the printer. I cannot find the manual on your website. Is my PoGo's battery bad or is there something I can do?
