Question About Primera Technology Printer None
Red Light...

The printer has a red light that is on to the right of the printer tray. When I press the ink cartridge button the ink cartridge doesn't move over so I can take it out. I'm looking to figure out what I need to do to resolve this. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
