0 apparently the only way to reset this garbage is to download the manual but guess what!! it takes hours and my computer get perfect wifi siginal but yet still runs into network error and causes the download to stop about 70KB in, it is absolutely rediculious, from what ive read online the **** is garbage and needs to be returned, my grandmother bought it for my son and lesson to grandma is that its better to spend a little bit more money to get a better product. when u by a $54 tablet you get just that a $54 tablet when is obviously to cheap to be a proper running machine. GRABAGEEEEEEEEE
