I have a Proscan Model No: PLT7223G with out the volume rocker! I have attempted to hard reset but when I hold the power button and the reset button down buy the micro sd charger port with a paper clip the android symbol won't with caution symbol won't let me go to the next step to finish the hard reset. Is there another way or is the software not responding!
