I have Proscam 9" Tablet PLT9606G(K) it will not load to the Home Screen when turned on screen the word PROSCAN in in the middle of the screen it is black then a message appears on the screen Android is upgrading starting apps another message appears Unfortunately, Android process media has stopped. A couple of times after going through the above process the screen turns white. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM, I have only had this tablet for less then 2 months and it won't work.
