Question About ProScan Tablet plt7100g
My 7" proscan tablet keeps saying launcher3 not wo...

My 7" proscan tablet keeps saying launcher3 not working and it reboots the screen! I have to wait for the boot before i can click on a app! Is there a way to fix it so i dont have to wait for it to boot everytime?? Gets to be a pain!
