My tablet has frozen on the boot screen. I tried resetting it and it won't seem to go anywhere but the blue proscan screen. What do I do to completely reset to factory if it won't go past the boot screen

5 Hi if you do the following it should reset it to factory settings be aware all data and applications will be deleted try this: --power off device, now its off --hold and press volume up(+) and power button --wait until it vibrates then release only POWER BUTTON --after release POWER BUTTON, slide the screen rotation lock switch to the right side then left --now your in black screen you will see a erasing user data --then delete cache and data --done restart tablet hope it help.
