0 Two thinks can cause that: 1st: your charger cable is broken somewhere, use multimeter to check output voltage. 2nd: The batery should always stay with little charge not completly empty cause it need that to power a charge regulator chipset, if the batery is completly empty, you should find out how to remove it and charge it somehow, check youtube for how to charge an empty tablet batery.
