BD4Z23 is the label that I can read from an IC on ...

BD4Z23 is the label that I can read from an IC on the board that drives the LCD screen. It has 8 pins and is burned. Therefore the monitor only works for half an hour and then turns black. I am looking for the reference of this IC so that i can replace it.
