Question About Radio Shack Clock 63-170
63-170. Cannot figure out how to set my Time Zone....

63-170. Cannot figure out how to set my Time Zone. Using Wave Set the clock sets PST and I am in ET. If I set the time manually it simply changes back to the wrong Time Zone overnight.
