Question About Radio Shack Scanner Model Pro 2028
flashes on first channel; won't scan...

Our scanner began flashing on first channel, and not scanning the other channels, which are all programmed; you can manually pick up each channel if you manually 'walk' thru them; the first channel flashes all zero's; it appears it is attempting to scan in the scan model because the numbers seem to be flowing thru the sequence 1-40
