Question About Radio Shack Scanner pro 2018
how to program and get started...

i can't get it do do anything but it did the first day untill someone messed with it. now the schan #s don't move. I have no instructions. It came from ebay. it ia a VHF/UHF/AIRCRAFT desktop scanner 200 channel PRO-2018 20-424
