Question About Radio Shack Scanner pro 2043
I have a black wire on the back of the circuit boa...

I have a black wire on the back of the circuit board on a plug in pin right under the ac plug in terminal it the other end is broken off the board I don't know where it goes because of this there is no signals to be heard wher do i connect the oher end of the wire?
