Question About Radio Shack Scanner PRO-83
I have pro-83 ,& batteries leaked in it ,I cleaned...

I have pro-83 ,& batteries leaked in it ,I cleaned it & now it powers on but won't scan & can't adjust squelch or anything & it won't scan
