I need to program my 197 scanner. Cannot download reader to enable me to download the manual. Is there anywhere that will give me basic instructions without having to download anything? JUST want to know how to put in 2 channels, only. Thanks, someone delall44@msn.com

1 I cannot download the adobe reader. I cannot download the manual. I need somewhere to read without having to download the basic instructions.
