when i turn my scanner on, PGM appears in a little black box above the word "WirEd." but nothing else other than backlight&power button works. so i try to reset it by holding the #2 #9 & HOLD buttons for 3 sec then power it up and the word "clear" appears but returns to pgm/wierd display. if i quickly hold buttons #3 & E after "clear" appears, the word "load" appears but thats it until it goes back to saying pgm/wired. after cussing, i start whole process over and end up right back here. thanx - jt
