my grandkids have pushed some buttons it will not talk it scans and has all its frequencys and the other night a cop friend come by he talked on his radio and it come thru this scanner he was in my driveway why can i not pick up the frequencys that is programed in this what do i need to punch and how do i change the bank it is on bank 0 please help jeannie
