the scanner is locked down, it wont scan and it said that all channels are locked

0 if anyone can help or have the same problems the scanner says "all channels are locked out" can you please help?

0 my son laid something heavy enough to depress some keys. quite possibly there are keys you can press and hold to erase frequencies. I had to reenter all my stuff and seems ok. hope everyone keeps a hard copy of frequencies.
