Question About Radio Shack Scanner PRO-94
Sound Problem...

I took my hand held scanner to radio shack and had it re-programmed. I cann't hear anything through the speaker, but if I put in a ear piece I can here. Is there some type of mute code? How do I get sound. The squech button rotates okay. Please help.
