This seems to be a serious problem... Anyone who has an answer has no idea what they are saying, so their answers are as worthless as radio shack! Every person I know with one of these scanners has lots of problems with them, I had problems early on with mine, they just got worse over time, and now I have this ALL CHANNELS LOCKED OUT! message on banks1, 2, 8, and 9. This type of LOCK OUT is NOT in the manual!
