Question About Radio Shack Scanner PRO-82
Unable to get delay off scanner...

Delay remains on despite following instructions in manual so I am unable to program the scanner. Have had this scanner a number of years and keep it on my local police channel but inadvertently touched something and now I can not reprogram it. Please help....Thank You
