Question About RCA Surge Protector None
play light flashes...

I have two of these units. Neither will play a tape. Instead the audio band seems to work but the play light flashes and no picture is seen.

0 Somehow this question got messed up. I have two Proscan psvr80 vhs tape players. Neither will play a tape but both have the same problem. The play light flashes on and off but no picture is seen. The audio bars move but no audio is heard.
