two of the outlets failed to protect my equipment, I lost my computer and my television. I called on 5/22/09 and left the information on the voice mail as instructed, 7 days later no return call. I have been a loyal RCA customer for years and am very unhappy with the inefficiency of this produce and the lack of customer service. On the inspection sticker on the back of the product only 5 of the 8 items had a check mark . Please advise
