This producted failed due to power outage/surge. A flatscreen tv and computer were damaged. Whether that occurred when the power went off or came back on about an hour later is not known. The surge protector was damaged also. Have called twice and left the requested info. Have not heard back yet. This occurred on Christmas day 2008. What do I do now?
