A slide was stuck and I turned off the motor by pulling the plug, then waited about a minute. This usually works and the loading arm will move and I can remove the stuck slide but this time the arm was frozen in position and I finally moved it back to get the slide out. Now the arm is very stiff and when I plug the machine back in, the motor won't move the arm.
