Question About Ricoh All in One Printer 1600L/2000L
confirmation not printing...

Our ricoh aficio 1600L/2000L all in one printer has not been printing out confirmation sheet after we submit faxes. It has worked up until a couple of days ago, and we don't know how to get it back.
