RICOH Aficio MP4500 Feeder stops after 1-2 pages ...

RICOH Aficio MP4500 Feeder stops after 1-2 pages with message "paper misfed" There is no paper or debris in the feeder system that can be found. Is there an adjustment for paper weight or does anyone have another potential "in office" repair solution?
