Question About Ricoh All in One Printer MP C4500
Secure printing...

Is it possible to set the 4500 up so that jobs sent from a pc don't get printed until the user code is entered? We are looking for a secure printing solution.

3 Yes. From application, choose File / Print. Click on "Properties". Select the Setup Tab. Click on "Job Type" drop down, choose "Locked Print" or "Hold Print". Click "Details" and make sure your user ID is showing. Click Ok to print.
