Does anyone know how I do this on our machine The Operating manual is rubbish and not user friendly Thank you in advance for all your help

0 you can go to diplodocs.com and download manuals for almost anything. I had the same problem with a different Ricoh copier and I found the complete manual with the answers I needed. The manuals are very large files, but worth downloading and saving. It's free, so definitely worth it!
