We had a power outage during a storm the other night and our RICOH 2035 went out with the other electronics. When the power came back on, I tried to print, but I keep getting a message that the printer is offline. I've tried to do a hard reboot to the printer a couple of times but still having the same problem. It's a home computer, so I do not have a network guy to ask about it. Any suggestions?
